How do I register for online services?

Online services allow you to access your health record, book selected appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and more.

These services can either be accessed with an NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or with a Patient Access account.

How do I use the NHS App?

  2. Download the app on your smart phone device
  3. Create your account

The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England.

You can also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.
