Health Visitors
The Health Visiting Team can offer support to all families that have pre-school children; this could be help with your children’s feeding, crying or toileting problems.
Health visitors are here to offer support throughout your children’s early growth, and emotional and physical development. The team can also offer advice and help if you are ‘feeling low’ or attempting to alter your lifestyle by trying to lose weight or give up smoking.

The Five Key Visits
1. When you are around 28 weeks pregnant
2. 10 – 14 days following the birth of your baby
3. When your baby is 6 – 8 weeks old
4. A review of your child’s development at 9 – 12 months
5. A review of your child’s development at 2 – 2 1/2 years.

CarerLinks offers emotional and practical support to unpaid carers, helping them to protect their health and wellbeing and cope with their caring role. Talk Community Hubs
Talk Community Hubs are located across Herefordshire and provide a safe place where people can access up to date wellbeing information and signposting to local and national resources. They also connect people to services, groups and activities, either within the local area or across the county, which can help them support their own wellbeing and independence.
The hubs also help bring people together and build friendships, whilst further strengthening our local communities, which are the beating heart of Herefordshire.

Food Bank – Ledbury
The Ledbury Food Bank is a charity that aims to help if you are suffering from financial hardship and finding it difficult to provide food for yourself, your family or dependents.
